Sony Xperia T hadir dengan layar berukuran 4,6 inci didukung teknologi High Definition (HD) Reality Display beresolusi 1.280 x 720 pixel. Selain itu layarnya dilengkapi juga Mobile Bravia Engine, teknologi yang kerap digunakan pada TV layar datar Bravia besutan Sony.
Dengan berjalan pada sistem operasi Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, Sony Xperia T memberi pengalaman nyata saat kita menonton video kualitas HD 1080p. Prosesornya diperkuat dengan dual core Qualcomm Krait 1,5GHz, memori internal 16GB, dan baterai 1.850mAh.
Kamera Sony Xperia T menggunakan teknologi Sleep to Snap, dimana kamera bisa aktif dalam waktu singkat saat smartphone dalam posisi terkunci. Kamera dengan sensor 13 MP itu mampu merekam video HD resolusi 1080.
